DESCRIPTION:Earn all 3 Robotics badges in this full day workshop! Girl Scout Cadettes and Seniors will learn about robots\, use software to program a robot\, build a prototype using easily accessible materials\, and showcase their creations to fellow Scouts for feedback. Cadettes will also build circuits while Seniors build a hydraulic arm.\n\nAdditional Information:\n\nSpace in the classroom is limited\, so we can only allow 1 adult in the classroom per group. That adult must be in the classroom at all times.\nReduced admission can be purchased (day of the workshop) for any scouts or family members who would like to visit the exhibits outside of the workshop.\nBadges are not included. They must be purchased from your organization.\nThis workshop will be a combined event with Senior and Cadette Girl Scouts.

Safely observe the Sun\, explore space-themed exhibits\, and chat with local astronomy enthusiasts.\nSet up near the library’s main entrance\, we’ll have safe solar telescopes and engaging displays ready for curious minds of all ages. Please dress for the day’s weather and be prepared for an outdoor setting. In the event of clouds or poor conditions\, the event will be canceled—there is no rain date.\nSince clear skies are essential\, we encourage you to register for updates and check your email or phone for last-minute notifications.\nHope to see you under the Sun!
