DESCRIPTION:The Hackathon is an event where participating kids compete in cyber challenges including python coding\, password cracking\, internet browsing\, and more! The target ages for the event are 8-18\, and no previous coding knowledge is necessary! Participants will compete to earn swag and prizes as they learn about a broad variety of cyber security topics!\n\nThis year\, the event will be conducted 29 SEP\, 29 OCT\, and 16 NOV at Odenton Regional Library from 4:00 PM -> 6:30 PM. \n\nThe event is run by volunteering soldiers of the 780th Military Intelligence BDE\, stationed at Fort Meade\, MD. \n\n\n\nThere is no fee to participate. Participants are encouraged to register\, if max event participation is reached\, walk-ins may be turned away. Participants are encouraged to attend multiple or all event days in order to complete all the challenges available.
