DESCRIPTION:Karen Wood\, University of Maryland Extension will present an engaging fall science activity where participants will design and construct a zipline and carrier that will successfully transport a toy turkey from the Thanksgiving dinner table back to the farm. Youth will explore the engineering design process while learning concepts such as friction\, balance and momentum.
