SUMMARY:Floats & Boats Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Ahoy\, Scouts! Set sail to the Maryland Science Center for a workshop that will get you in shipshape for earning your Tiger elective. In this workshop\, Scouts will identify different types of boats found cruising the Inner Harbor\, test materials to discover what floats and what sinks\, and create their own model boat using recycled materials.\n\nThis workshop is designed for Scouting America Tigers\, but all Cub Scouts are welcome to register.\n\nAdditional Information:\n\nOnly Cub Scouts need tickets for this workshop.\nSpace in the classroom is limited\, so we can only allow one adult per child in the classroom.\nAdmission is included in the ticket price for the cub scouts. Adults can purchase reduced admission at the ticket desk.\nA fun patch is included\, but official belt loops must be purchased from your organization.
