STEM Take Home Kits: Flying Machines

Description:
School age.

Store your energy in a rubberband, and release that energy to spin a propeller! Build a helicopter that really flies! Register and use the printed instructions or watch the video to create your flaying machine!

When registering for this event please indicate which library branch, Centreville or Kent Island, you prefer to pick your kit up from. You will be notified when your kit is ready for pickup at your requested branch. All kits will be ready for pickup by the program date. Video tutorials will be posted to the Queen Anne’s County Library Facebook and YouTube channels the morning of the program event. Each kit will also contain a printed instruction sheet with directions on finding the video tutorials. WPL STEM FEST: Make Your Own Lava Lamp

Join us for a Virtual STEM Festival! This year, we are hosting one video a week, each with a different fun experiment to try at home! Your local Wicomico Library branch will have "Take and Make" kits that contain the items you will need to complete the experiment along with us. Starting October 2nd, every Friday morning at 10:30 am, a new video will premiere on Youtube.

Picture a Scientist documentary viewing
