UMD offers the only ABET-accredited Undergraduate Program in Fire Protection Engineering in the world, where students learn how to protect people, property, and the environment from fire through innovative engineering design. In this full two-hour session, you will learn about fire protection engineering courses, career paths, and admissions pathways in addition to touring our fire and computer modeling labs.
