We’ll be hosting a special “Sidewalk Astronomy” open house, presented by SMAS!
This is a casual, drop-in event—stop by for a quick look or stay a while. Safely observe the Sun, explore space-themed exhibits, and chat with local astronomy enthusiasts.
Set up near the library’s main entrance, we’ll have safe solar telescopes and engaging displays ready for curious minds of all ages. Please dress for the day’s weather and be prepared for an outdoor setting. In the event of clouds or poor conditions, the event will be canceled—there is no rain date.
