Energize Your Path: STEM Skill-Up Circuit

Join us during the Maryland STEM Festival for an interactive, in-person experience designed to equip students with the tools and confidence to thrive in STEM careers. The event will kick off with a welcome session and a dynamic STEM Industry Panel featuring local professionals, followed by audience Q&A and two rounds of breakout sessions.

Students will choose between an Interviewing Workshop led by local employers or Industry-Specific Resume Workshops co-led by employers and FCC staff. These hands-on sessions will dive into what hiring teams in science, technology, engineering, and math fields are looking for on a resume—highlighting essential keywords, formatting strategies, and how to effectively showcase relevant skills and experiences based on real industry expectations.
