    Join Howard EcoWorks on Saturday, September 26, for the Holly Hills Fall Festival, a family-friendly open house celebrating two years of stewardship at our 16-acre headquarters in Glenwood. The festival will feature hands-on activities and demonstrations, including a biochar burn demonstration (weather permitting), a morning native tree nut and seed collection activity, a tree maintenance workshop, and a volunteer forest and tree maintenance activity. Enjoy snacks and birthday cake as we celebrate two years at Holly Hills!

    Throughout the day, visitors can explore the property through self-guided tours, check out our plans for the future, connect with local conservation partners, and shop the Seeds of Change Native Plant Nursery featuring Mid-Atlantic ecotype native perennials, shrubs, and trees.
