    Dive into the world of special effects, through the view of a Makeup Artist! Students will learn the history and science behind the film industry’s own movie magic. Learn about the chemicals that are found in the cosmetics used to create monsters and zombies in the movies, and then create your own design using DIY monster cosmetics! Taught by a STEAM instructor.

HCCS robotics teams will demonstrate their robots, introduce their missions for the 2026–2027 FIRST competition season, and offer interactive STEM activities. Visitors can meet team members, learn about FIRST robotics, and discover how students design, build, and program competition robots.
