Unearth your love for science in this fun and interactive S.T.E.M. show for the whole family.
The FIRST in Motion: Maryland Robotics Showcase is an event where teams can participate in robot demos, scrimmages, and exchange ideas. Spectators can view activities, ask questions, receive swag, and compete in engineering challenges.
Experiment with monkey string, watercolor diffusion, and more. Supplies are limited. For preschool-elementary age.
Dig into the world of paleontology and earn your Wolf elective at the Maryland Science Center. In this workshop, Scouts will turn fossils into snacks, create a take-home dinosaur dig, and develop fossil hunting skills. Plus, Scouts will have time to enjoy our Dinosaur Mysteries exhibit after it closes to the public.
This workshop is designed for Scouting America Wolves, but all Cub Scouts are welcome to register.
What is a STEM career like? This is for Baltimore County Students only
Jump into the Fizzy, Fun, and Slime Lab! Kids will create rainbow fizz, erupting ice cream cone volcanoes, water bead stress balls, and an array of ooey gooey slime creations. This hands-on class is packed with science, messy fun, and endless excitement!
